UX Designer

Are you a passionate UX & UI Designer ready to help shape the next generation of casual games? Team Red Dog is looking for a creative, user-obsessed designer for their client to support an industry-leading gaming studio in building intuitive, immersive experiences across PC, web, and mobile platforms. This fully remote opportunity offers the chance to work on new, unreleased titles where you'll drive end-to-end design with Figma, contribute to blue-sky ideation, and join a collaborative, low-ego team focused on crafting delight for players everywhere.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

Figma Expertise (5+ years): Proficiency in creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, design systems, and interactive prototypes.

User-Centered Design Philosophy (5+ years): A strong understanding of user behavior, design thinking, and how to craft intuitive gameplay experiences.

Stakeholder Collaboration (5+ years): Ability to communicate ideas clearly, incorporate feedback, and work cross-functionally with design, product, and engineering teams.

How you will make an impact:

Design wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes for PC, mobile, and web platforms

Produce polished UI components and visual assets in Figma

Apply user insights, research, and analytics to guide decision-making

Maintain design consistency across multiple platforms and screen sizes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align gameplay goals with design execution

Lead usability improvements based on A/B testing and player feedback

Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices in gaming

Present and iterate on concepts based on stakeholder input and team design reviews

The expertise you bring:

5–7 years of UX/UI design experience, with a strong focus on user flows, interaction patterns, and UI visual design

Demonstrated mastery of Figma

Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, including cross-platform design

Experience applying user research and data analytics to design

Passion for gaming and player-centric experiences

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive game design principles
