JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Development and review of technical publications and manuals for Defense products
* Bill-of-material and technical data review for submission to government organizations and systems
* Provide daily support to Manager of Information & Technology Services
* Oversee creation, development, and maintenance of military program technical manuals
* Print redaction
* Media translation requests
* Product manual compilation
* Media storage, documentation, and transmission
* Provide part information to military customers
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Associate"s degree in engineering technology or related field required.
* 2-4 years experience required.
* Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. * Strong knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
* Strong knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods.
* Strong knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
* Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Office365, Adobe/Nitro, etc.
* Strong mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
* Strong ability to work independently and manage one"s time.
