Growth & Outreach Coordinator (Fully Remote)

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Growth and Outreach Coordinator to support outreach and marketing efforts. This role focuses on identifying and contacting potential vendors, influencers, and partners, while also assisting with basic marketing and SEO tasks.

You will be responsible for executing outreach campaigns, managing responses, booking intro calls, and tracking performance.

What You Will Do

Outreach and Campaign Execution

Research and identify vendors such as small ecommerce brands or Etsy sellers

Craft and send personalized outreach emails and direct messages

Contact influencers and potential brand partners on platforms like Instagram and TikTok

Track responses and schedule introductory calls with interested contacts

Use tools like Apollo and Instantly to run and manage outreach workflows

Marketing and SEO Support

Assist with basic SEO tasks such as keyword brainstorming and blog coordination

Help repurpose social content by creating captions or simple graphics

Monitor outreach performance metrics such as response rate and conversion

What We Are Looking For

Must-Have Experience

Excellent written English and communication skills

Experience using outreach or sales tools such as Apollo or Instantly

Familiarity with influencer marketing and social platforms including Instagram and TikTok

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred but Not Required

Experience with SEO or blog content creation

Basic graphic editing skills using tools like Canva
