Job Summary:
The ERP Implementation Project Manager will lead to end deployment of our enterprise ERP system. This position will oversee full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and system configuration to testing, training, and go-live support.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage cloud-based ERP and software implementation projects through full lifecycle phases: initiation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Translate business requirements into system design and configuration, working closely with business analysts and technical teams.
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks using standardized project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Direct and participate in the first level of testing (functional, integration, UAT) to ensure system outputs match documented business requirements.
Configure and validate ERP modules in collaboration with subject matter experts to meet operational and reporting needs.
Serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT, vendors, and implementation partners.
Plan and execute data migration strategies, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of historical and transactional data.
Develop training plans, end-user documentation, and change management communications.
Provide leadership during hyper care, troubleshooting post-go-live issues and supporting user adoption.
Assist in other duties as required.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of software project management experience, preferably leading cloud-based enterprise applications or ERP rollouts.
Demonstrated experience with software system configuration across key modules (e.g., finance, supply chain, manufacturing).
Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
Familiarity with requirements gathering and validation through structured testing cycles.
Proficient on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Proficient in Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.

The pay range for this position is $138,000-$150,000 annually. The base pay offered may vary depending on the position offered, geographic location, education, training, and/or experience.
