This is how you will grow:

Coordinate test plans with Design Release Engineers

Track and support obtaining hardware needed for test benches

Work with system engineers to ensure proper system requirements are met

Coordinate and facilitate vehicle and bench testing

Support testing at suppliers when needed

Experience with engine cooling thermal systems developmentRequirements:

Automotive OEM experience is required

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant field.

Knowledge of Thermal and HVAC instrumentation and testing

Ability to build strong working relationships with individuals at all organizational levels.
