Full Time Construction Project Manager (Commercial Interiors)
Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Redmond/Bellevue/Seattle, WA
Compensation: $120-180,000 DOE
Required Experience: (minimum)
3+ Years as a Project Manager
TI/Renovation experience in commercial construction
Highrise, Office, Campus build out experience
Takeoff, budget, pricing, subcontractor/vendor buyout

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing the budget, schedule, and quality of the project. The Project Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with all stakeholders involved in the project, including the client, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
This is a start-to-finish PM opening. Candidates will be responsible for managing all phases of the construction process from inception to close-out. Candidates should have experience with commercial interior projects, RFIs, RFPs, buy-out process, close-out, warranty programs and construction management software (procore).
Responsibilities:
Manage the budget, schedule, and quality of construction projects
Coordinate with all stakeholders involved in the project
Develop and implement project plans
Resolve project issues and conflicts
Monitor project progress and ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
Manage and motivate project team members
