OCT Consulting is a business management and technology consulting firm that provides support to Federal Government clients. We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology.

Responsibilities and Duties

OCT is seeking a Cybersecurity Administrative Support Specialist to provide operational and documentation support to the 557th Weather Wing’s cybersecurity and compliance programs. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining document repositories, version control, meeting coordination, and formatting of key RMF artifacts such as POA&Ms, SARs, and SSPs. This role ensures that all technical and policy documents are tracked, submitted, and archived accurately and in compliance with Air Force security standards. This position is contingent on contract award.

Day to day responsibilities include:

● Maintain repositories of all RMF and compliance documentation, ensuring version control and proper archiving.

● Prepare meeting materials, take security meeting minutes, and track action items.

● Assist technical staff with formatting, reviewing, and uploading RMF artifacts including SSPs, POA&Ms, SARs, and RARs into CSAM or equivalent systems.

● Coordinate document submission timelines, schedules, and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Must hold an active DoD Secret or above clearance.

Must be able to work on-site at Offutt AFB (5 days/week minimum).

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in administration, IT, or equivalent experience.

3+ years in administrative support of IT security or compliance programs.

Familiarity with RMF documentation workflows and document control standards.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government collaboration platforms.

Excellent writing and communication skills with experience translating technical concepts into policy.

Ability to interpret complex technical ideas from technicians into documentation that can be understood by non-technical supervisors and commanders.

Salary Range: $40,000- $400,000 yearly commensurate with experience, education, etc.
