What You’ll Do as an Installation Manager:

Lead and support a team of flooring installers to ensure high-quality, on-time work.

Set performance goals, monitor progress, and coach for improvement.

Recruit, train, and retain top installation talent.

Coordinate with sales to ensure seamless job execution and customer satisfaction.

Uphold safety standards and company processes in all installations.

Requirements

You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

You have experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferable in construction or home services

You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

You have previous sales experience (preferred but not required)
