Accounting Manager
Zerova is looking for an Accounting Manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounting Manager responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information. We are also looking for someone to work closely with our financial management team.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate with other departments/warehouses to identify and resolve invoice issues efficiently
Route & verify accounts payable for proper approval prior to payment
Enter payable information into the Companys accounting/payment system
Process payments (ACH/checks/wires)
Solve vendor payment issues
In charge of month end close and prepare financial statements
Prepare general ledger entries to ensure and maintain GL are properly posted into accounting system
Provide accurate and timely reports including financial analysis and operational metrics
Manage daily cash flow and verify all transactions deposited / withdrew from company bank account, prepare daily cash report, generate Bank reconciliation on a monthly basis/per top managements request
Responsible and preparing all required information for sales tax & use tax filing, and 1099 filing.
Working closely and coordinate with CPA to complete quarterly and annual audits, including statutory audits.
Maintain/oversee fixed asset list with depreciation database update
Resolve expense report discrepancies in compliance with corporate guidelines
Supervise AR billing and AP payment, ensure transactions are in compliance with IRS regulations/Federal & state tax rules
Responsible for various internal audits by HQ
Establish, follow, and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lead and supervise
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements and Skills:
Bachelors degree in accounting
5+ years work experience in General Accountant level
3+ years work experience in Accounting Supervisor/Manager role
Excellent Excel skills including pivot table, V-look up
Experience using Microsoft Suite tools: Word, PowerPoint, Teams
Cross functional collaboration skills with high level of communication
Detailed oriented, able to multitask and prioritize workloads with competing deadlines
Self-motivated, quick learner, thrive in a fast-paced environment, team player
High attention to detail
CPA preferred
Experienced in International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS)

This is a fully onsite position located in Fremont, CA; Monday- Friday from 10 am to 7 pm.
