Job Description
About Pinch
Pinch is a tech-enabled concierge med spa based in Evanston, IL. We empower healthcare entrepreneurs by enabling Nurse Practitioners to deliver aesthetic services directly to clients in the comfort of their own homes. Pinch is on a mission to make aesthetic medicine more accessible and comfortable for clients across the country. Pinch is growing fast, founded by a SpotHero executive and a surgeon, and backed by several top venture capital firms.Role Summary
Pinch is looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to lead development of user-facing web experiences that are fast, elegant, and intuitive. You’ll play a key role in shaping our provider and client web applications and booking experience.
This is a hands-on engineering role ideal for someone who wants to grow with the company, contribute to architectural decisions, and take ownership of major product initiatives. As an early technical hire, you'll be working in a lean environment—there’s currently no full-time product manager or designer—so you'll help define requirements, contribute to product and design decisions, and collaborate directly with founders and other stakeholders. If you thrive in ambiguity, enjoy shaping your own roadmap, and want to have a direct impact on the product and business, this role is for you.
You’ll work closely with backend engineering to build seamless and scalable interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks. We're seeking someone who loves clean code, cares about usability and performance, and is excited to build in a fast-paced startup environment where flexibility and curiosity are essential.
