Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience in day-to-day operations, logistics, supply chain, and project coordination. You'll support our operations team in driving efficiency, analyzing processes, and ensuring high service standards across our distribution network.

Job Title: Operations Intern

Department: Operations

Location: Irving, TX (on-site)

Reports to: Operations Manager

Duration: 3 months – effective June 1, 2025

Employment Type: Paid Internship - $20 per hour

Essential Job Responsibilities

Assist with daily operational tasks including order tracking, inventory checks, and logistics coordination

Support the implementation and monitoring of supply chain processes

Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service, and safety

Help prepare reports, documentation, and SOPs for internal use

Participate in planning meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field or a recent graduate

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems is a plus

Self-starter with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
