Operator/Invoicing Clerk

Job Description

Salary: $16.25/hr.

Scott Electric has a current opening at ourGreensburg, PAlocation for aFull-Time Operator/Invoicing Clerk, M-F 8 am-5 pm.

Responsibilities:

Invoice packing slips for various branches.

Answer multi-line main computerized company telephone and direct calls to appropriate departments/branches.

Communicate and work closely with co-workers in other departments such as customer service, warehouse, sales, and transportation to ensure customers are billed correctly and inventory is correct.

Pull proofs of delivery in a warehouse setting.

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum experience in computer skills/data entry, 2 years

Previous experience with a multi-line telephone system is a must

Accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent customer service skills

Professional phone skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Self-starter/motivated

Must submit a background check and drug testing
