Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
Handle incoming calls, voicemails, and client inquiries.
Manage billing issues and payment follow-ups.
Process paperwork to issue and update policies.
Contact late-payment clients to ensure timely payments.
Quote and compare home and auto insurance policies.
Requirements
Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license.
Excellent customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Task-focused and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email, and Excel.
Part-time
