One of our top clients is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney with 1-6 years of experience in Workers' Compensation law to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal and procedural aspects of Workers' Compensation claims, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

Represent injured workers in all phases of Workers' Compensation claims, including initial consultations, case investigations, hearings, and appeals.

Conduct legal research and analysis, draft legal documents (e.g., pleadings, motions, briefs), and prepare for hearings and depositions.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the legal process.

Manage caseloads efficiently and effectively, meeting deadlines and achieving positive outcomes for clients.

Collaborate effectively with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff within the firm.

Stay abreast of legal developments and changes in Workers' Compensation law.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school

1-6 years of experience in Workers' Compensation law

Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Strong work ethic and commitment to client success
