SUMMARY
A. PRIMARY DUTIES
Enters all CSBG program data into the CAP60 Data Management System.
Compiles and organizes a variety of client related information from all CSBG programs.
Responsible for collecting, scanning, and uploading all client related documentation for CSBG programs into our CAP60 Data Management System.
Provide ongoing assistance to all CSBG program staff and clients as needed.
Maintains clean, orderly work space.
Responsible for performing various computer related tasks as required (on-the-job training will be provided).
B. SECONDARY DUTIES
Additionally, responsible for assisting with the client intake process on an as needed basis and for processing referrals linking clients to related community resources.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Gathers and compiles intake information from all CSBG programs required by various funding sources for delivery of services.
Responsible for collecting, scanning, and uploading all client related documentation for CSBG programs into our CAP60 Data Management System, pertaining to the correct program and service.
Enters all client demographic information into Client Characteristics Report.
Informs area residents of availability and types of services;
Circulates written information pertinent to community needs and issues
Provides outreach and follow-up services to clients based on their needs
Enters high volume of intake information into CAP60 Database Management System, using Form #100 for all CSBG programs within the agency.
Assist in compiling data and reports for the agency.
Performs other tasks as assigned by manager.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED. Computer literacy required entering client data on computer. Ability to gain
cooperation of staff and clients while maintaining a professional manner. Previous experience working in the
community is desirable. Some background on using our CAP60 Data Management System, is preferred.
