Job Title: Traveling Project Director – Mission Critical

Location: Midwest/Southeast USA (Travel required)

Salary Range: $160,000 - $210,000 + Vehicle Allowance & BonusWhat We’re Looking For:

FindTalent are seeking a dynamic Traveling Project Director to oversee and lead high-profile mission-critical construction projects across the country. This individual will be accountable for successful project delivery, representing the organization while ensuring seamless coordination between team members, clients, and executives. Promote Safety – Champion the Incident and Injury Free (IIF) safety culture across all phases of the project.

Project Planning & Execution – Contribute to comprehensive project planning and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.

Issue Resolution – Act as the escalation point for critical project issues and resolve them promptly to ensure project continuity.

Team Leadership – Build and maintain teams with clearly defined roles during both the pursuit and operational phases of the project.

Communication & Collaboration – Serve as the primary communication bridge between team members, clients, and executives.

Customer Relationship Management – Cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure continued success and potential future business opportunities.

Leadership & Strategy – Lead strategic initiatives to drive the success of the project while ensuring milestones and goals are consistently met.Who You Are:

15+ years of relevant industry experience, with a proven track record of overseeing large-scale construction projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.

Rail experience required – A solid understanding of rail systems and projects is essential.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Proficient in problem-solving, critical thinking, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
