As the Program Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting Program Oversight & Service Quality
Provide daily supervision of staff as delegated by the Program Manager, including weekly 1:1 staff check-ins and quality spot checks through service delivery observation.
Facilitate intake, assessment, and admission of new participants in collaboration with the Program Manager.
Support participant case management in collaboration with Program Manager including timely documentation, goal progress tracking, and compliance with program requirements.
Provide staff coaching and modeling of quality service delivery that is aligned with participants’ Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
Collaboration with regional center and supporting POS (purchase of service) authorization tracking and renewals.
Supporting management of special incident reporting and compliance in collaboration with Program Manager.
Maintaining compliance with licensing regulations regarding service delivery and facility maintenance, including supply inventory, emergency system maintenance, hazard remediation, etc.Advocacy and Progress Monitoring
Supporting the Individualized Service Plan process for each participant in collaboration with program manager and other stakeholders.
Collecting data, preparing reports, and reviewing/revising service plans and behavior support plans as directed by Program Manager.
Advocate for a person-driven approach to service delivery that prioritizes participants’ decision-making authority over the design of their own supports.Communication and Collaboration
Collaboration with staff, program manager, and other BuildAbility programs/departments over email, phone, and other communication systems.
Provide individual and group training as outlined in new hire training plans and ongoing professional development plans.
Support with the creation, distribution, and adherence of program schedules for daily staff assignments and weekly/monthly curricular activities.
Provide direct care, behavior support, and instructional activities as needed to maintain staff ratio and program schedule.
Assume responsibility for all program operations and licensing requirements as needed in the event of program manager absence.Operational Growth, Culture, and Values

Employee Assistance ProgramQualifications:
Minimum three (3) years’ experience supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Minimum two (2) years of experience in behavioral support and/or crisis management.
Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
Knowledge of behavior intervention techniques, crisis de-escalation, and trauma-informed care practices.
General knowledge of regulations for adult day programs as outlined by Community Care Licensing (CCL) and Titles 17 and 22.
Crisis Response Management Certification required (or obtain within 60-days of hire).
Must have current CPR/First Aid Certificate (or obtain within 30-days of hire).
Must have a valid California Driver’s License and proof of automobile insurance.
Ability to pass Criminal Background Check/Livescan.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and team building.
Ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive participant and/or staff information/circumstances.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and electronic verification systems.
