The KSC Solution Consultant L2 will participate in projects and work with teams to design, configure, test, and implement warehouse management system (WMS) solutions using the Blue Yonder WM and other supply chain execution systems. You will be working daily to problem solve and create personalized solutions while building trusted relationships with our customers.

Your role in our team

You will participate in learning work processes within our customer warehouse site(s)

Attend training and workshops to understand, gather, and then test customer requirements

You will eventually help convert business requirements into technical designs using Microsoft Visio, Word and Excel

Participate in daily sessions with teams to test and troubleshoot changes in the customer warehouse site per designs and workshops

Participate in performing customer demos of changes and enhancements within the customer warehouse

You will assist in training of warehouse end-users

You will travel up to 50%

Your profile

You have a BS/BA, minimum 3.5 GPA; honors in education a big plus

Ability to function well in a high-paced environment and deliver results to meet timelines

Moderate skills working with Microsoft Office suite

Demonstrated experience collaborating with customers or team members to resolve issues and achieve positive outcomes; experience does not need to be specific to a warehouse environment

You are a fast learner with an open mind towards change

You possess proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with a keen attention to detail

Able to communicate effectively with non-technical staff

Flexible and adaptable to learning and understanding new technologies and process

Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Your basic understanding of software implementation in projects is preferred

Fundamental concepts of warehousing, and database relationship knowledge is preferred

This is a ground floor opportunity with extreme room for growth in the Supply Chain industry

Eligible applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

Your annual base pay range for this role is estimated to be $50,000 - $70,000 at the time of posting and includes a maximum bonus of $2,500.
