Job Summary:

We are on the hunt for a Technical Writer to enhance our Information Development team, focusing on creating client-centric documents to facilitate the use and setup of our offerings. The ideal candidate should excel in a brisk, evolving environment demonstrating adaptability, self-drive, and team collaboration. Your mission will involve producing and refining documentation, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and user-friendliness, supported by a robust understanding of our tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Adhere to and contribute to the evolution of departmental style and process guidelines.

Grasp product development methodologies within an Agile framework.

Build and sustain positive collaborations with the team and stakeholders.

Conduct meticulous research and document features for both new and existing products.

Regularly attend project meetings, manage schedules, and report progress, focusing on continual improvement of documentation.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong writing and interpersonal skills.

Experience with MadCap Flare and agile methodologies.

Knowledge in API documentation and targeting developer audiences.

Industry Experience Required:

Prior experience in eCommerce or the payments industry is highly favorable. ABOUT AKRAYA
