Post Doctoral Scholar

Post Doctoral Scholar to pursue specialized research training and experience under the guidance of a scientific mentor; The scholar will conduct research to evaluate the anti-cancer effects of STING agonist-loaded, cell-based therapy in humanized mice bearing triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). The individual must possess advanced scientific knowledge and be capable of exercising considerable independent judgment. Responsibilities include performing non-routine and complex laboratory duties requiring advanced technical skills and proficiency to support divisional faculty. Previous experience with animal experiments using murine cancer models and a strong background in immunology, experience in molecular and cell biology techniques — including primary cell culture, RNA assays, and protein assays, confocal assay, flow cytometry is required.

Education/Experience: A Doctoral degree in an appropriate discipline is required. Requires successful completion of a background check; qualified candidates may be asked to complete a pre-employment physical including a drug screen.
