Inc. is looking for an IT Infrastructure Team Lead at our Grafton, WI

facility. Responsbilities: Helpdesk ownership: ensure end user tickets

are assigned & completed within established SLA's Hardware deployment &

maintenance of PC's, tablets, scanners, printers and other equipment

Maintain an organized system for company hardware assets and

warranty/service packages Network management and maintenance -

monitoring internet connectivity, regularly updating servers, switches,

routers, and ensuring all equipment functions optimally Collaborate with

the IT Manager to identify, evaluate & implement new software and

process improvements across the family of companies Maintain

relationships with key support vendors; ensuring that their costs, lead

times and service quality meet or exceed expectations Follow all company

safety, quality and housekeeping policies, procedures, and practices

Other duties as assigned Skills and Experience Requirements: Associate

or Bachelor's degree in IT preferred, or comparable work experience

Minimum of 5 years of IT hardware and Helpdesk support experience

Proficiency with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VoIP systems and

networking protocols Experience working in a multi-site manufacturing

environment preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
