Inc. is looking for a Receiving & Maintenance Coordinator at our

Grafton, WI facility. Primary Responsibilities: Accurately enter inbound

material receipts, certs, and PO's into the system Process and

distribute incoming small package deliveries from UPS, FedEx and Amazon

Assists maintenance with scheduling, parts requisition and reordering

Limble CMMS inputs and report generation Checks in all delivery drivers

and signs off on all delivered materials Labels and re-labels coils and

materials for inventory Accurately documents all shipping & receiving

activities and all physical inventory movements Completes correct

computer entries for all inventory transactions Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience working within an inventory

management system, shipping, receiving or warehouse role. Intermediate

computer skills required Knowledge of ERP and Excel preferred About
