We are looking for an Integrations Engineer focused on People Systems to join our Strategy and Transformation team. This role is ideal for a technically skilled engineer who thrives on building scalable, secure, and resilient integrations across CoreWeave’s HR, Finance, and Security environments—specifically around Workday, Greenhouse, Okta, and Workato.
Role Overview:
As the Integrations Engineer for People Systems, you will design, build, and support integrations that connect our HR stack to broader enterprise systems. You’ll work closely with HR, IT, and Security teams to drive automation and data accuracy across key lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday, Greenhouse, Okta, and other internal systems
Build and support integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs), Cloud Connectors (CCW/CCB), and Workday RaaS (Report as a Service) and Workato
Drive automation of people workflows such as onboarding, access provisioning, and employee data synchronization
Expertly map, transform, and validate complex HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance during data transfers across all integrated systems.
Partner with IT and Security to ensure reliable identity and access management integrations via Okta
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design integration logic, and implement secure, scalable solutions
Monitor and troubleshoot integration jobs, ensuring data integrity and timely processing
Maintain documentation, support SLAs, and champion best practices for integration lifecycle management
Key Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with enterprise HR/People Systems integrations
Deep hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and EIBs
Proven experience integrating with Greenhouse and identity platforms like Okta
Hands-on knowledge of Workato or similar enterprise integration platforms
Strong understanding of HR processes across payroll, benefits, onboarding, and compliance
Familiarity with data formats and protocols such as XML, XSLT, JSON, REST, and SOAP
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience automating workflows across HR, IT, and Security team
Exposure to additional enterprise tools (e.g., Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, ERP platforms)
Familiarity with GenAI technologies and automation augmentation
Background in high-growth or cloud-native organizations
The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $134,000 to $179,000 and $147,000 to $197,000, accordingly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
