Your Position

Steer your expertise as a Preventative Maintenance Technician with our night crew. Here, your insights drive both routine care and emergency equipment solutions. Expect an evening shift commitment Monday to Thursday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., along with an enticing wage structure and signing perks.

Your Daily Contributions

Initiate machine setups for optimal production

Diagnose operator-reported issues and execute effective repairs

Apply technical manual directives and accurately document machine adjustments

Perform comprehensive repairs ensuring peak machine operation

Undertake major mechanical refurbishments on select packaging lines

Conduct routine maintenance for equipment longevity

Facilitate necessary design changes per approved guidelines

Comply with all safety initiatives and practices

Step into alternate shift roles when necessary

Adapt to both solo and collaborative work environments

Engage in additional duties per operational demands

The Skills You Offer

4+ years of mechanical background in high-speed packaging environments, preferably food-related

Strong interpersonal skills paired with clear communication

In-depth understanding of preventive maintenance strategies

Willingness to embrace shift flexibility

Ability to handle fast-moving, change-heavy environments

Superior knowledge of safety standards and procedures

Comfort with digital maintenance tools adds advantage

Detail-driven with a customer-focused approach

Collaborative problem solver

Physical Expectations

Capability for medium-level exertion and coordination
