Outside Staffing Sales Representative (Entry Level – We Train!)

Now we’re growing and looking for someone just like you to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. Don’t have sales experience? No problem. We’re looking for personality over polish — if you’re outgoing, a quick learner, and ready to put in the work, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Reaching out to local businesses and introducing them to our staffing services

Building real relationships — in person, over the phone, or wherever people connect

Learning how to ask great questions, listen for needs, and offer smart solutions

Representing our company at networking events, lunches, and more

Working toward clear goals (and getting paid when you hit them!)
