Job Responsibilities
Accept inbound calls from and place outbound calls to both current and prospective clients for the purpose of facilitating bankruptcy trust claim processing.
Process inbound/outbound mail.
Update the Firm’s systems of record to accurately reflect the current statuses of its clients’ files.
Complete other projects as assigned by the Firm’s leadership team.
