Designer/Developer, e-Learning

Job Description

Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Designer/Developer, e-Learning to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 2-3 days/week onsite.

What you'll do:

Promote blended learning solutions and the use of innovative technology and tools to meet business goals of developing a high-performing workforce.

Produces web-enabled e-learning, traditional educational materials, or a blended solution using leading-edge technology

Use advanced technologies to design/develop/deploy e-learning solutions via web applications.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organization, time management, and planning abilities.

Able to handle multiple projects independently or in teams.

Familiar with needs assessment and basic statistical reporting.

Works well under pressure and tight deadlines.

Knowledge of media production and various communication methods.

Knowledge of eLearning application tools such as Lectora, Articulate, Adobe eLearning Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML, SQL, JavaScript, Visual Basic, Question mark, Captivate, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator or related tools.
