About Us:

This leadership position is based at our headquarters in Addison, IL, where you'll play a strategic role in leading operations and developing people. As the Warehouse Manager, you won’t just manage a team—you’ll lead a group of five warehouse managers, each overseeing different significant areas of our warehouse. You must also be willing to roll up your sleeves and get in the trenches with the team when needed, showing leadership through action and support. Your leadership will directly impact the overall efficiency, culture, and performance of our operation.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience leading operations in a large-scale wholesale distribution warehouse, with a strong emphasis on efficiency, product flow, and team management.

Demonstrated success in managing a warehouse team in wholesale distribution-stability and commitment are key to our thriving culture.

Extensive background in handling inventory and operational tasks (3-5 years).

Solid foundation in warehouse operations, with a focus on distribution (5 years).

Proven ability to manage teams in a warehouse setting (4 years).

True passion for energizing, motivating, and leading our dynamic team members.

Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Extensive experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office.

Strong communication skills to effectively lead and develop a team.

Talent for building rapport with internal and external customers.

Keen mathematical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including multiple shifts and workflow.

Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving.

Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork.

Maintain warehouse safety and security standards.

Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to meet customer needs.

Implement best practices for inventory management and warehouse efficiency.

Monitor and approve employee schedules and timesheets.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.

Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to warehouse team members.

What You’ll Bring:

High school diploma or GED.

Proven experience leading operations in a large-scale wholesale distribution warehouse, with a strong emphasis on efficiency, product flow, and team management.

3-5 years of experience handling inventory and operational tasks.

5 years of prior warehouse experience with a focus on distribution.

4 years of prior management experience in a warehouse setting.

Prior experience with crane and cherry picker operations preferred.

Prior forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday: 10:30 AM to approximately 8:00 PM

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly.
