Responsibilities

Apprentice Support: Assist lead agents in their sales efforts by supporting client consultations and policy preparation.

Client Interaction: Learn to engage with clients to understand their insurance needs under supervision.

Policy Promotion: Support in promoting the benefits of various insurance products to potential clients.

Market Research: Participate in analyzing market trends to better serve clients and improve sales strategies.

Networking: Develop networking skills by attending workshops and community events to build professional relationships.

Regulatory Compliance: Learn about the regulations guiding the insurance industry and ensure adherence in all activities.

Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques.

Requirements

Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education or related coursework is a plus.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.

Adaptability: Willingness and ability to work both remotely and onsite as required by the company's hybrid model.

Motivation: A positive attitude and a proactive approach to sales and customer service are essential.

Technical Proficiency: Comfort with using CRM systems and other sales tools, as well as basic computer skills.
