Job Summary:

The Delivery Implementation Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers from the point of sale through to delivery and installation. This position is responsible for a variety of tasks within the warehouse, including inventory management, machine preparation for installations, and coordinating the delivery process. The primary focus of this role is to ensure safe and efficient delivery and installation, working closely with the IT team to provide exceptional service. As the company continues to grow, this role may evolve and expand to include additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities & Duties:

The following is a list of responsibilities including but not limited to:

Regularly monitor and manage personal BME emails to ensure timely communication and task completion.

Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to discussions as required.

Execute weekly deliveries and installations of machines, ensuring safety and accuracy.

Perform daily tasks related to transferring and restocking parts to maintain inventory levels.

Assist with managing equipment records, ensuring proper tracking and documentation.

Oversee the shipping and receiving processes for machines and equipment.

Occasionally travel outside of New York to New Jersey for machine lease returns.

Support periodic inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.

Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and operational at all times.

Assist with the preparation of machines prior to scheduled installations to ensure readiness.

Maintain cleanliness and proper disposal of garbage and recycling materials.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance in all tasks.

Ensure the proper care and maintenance of the delivery vehicle, including conducting weekly inspections, reporting monthly mileage, and maintaining a clean and operational vehicle.

Perform any additional duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications:

A current valid drivers license (no CDL required)

Ability to pass a MVR check

Good customer service skills

Experience with Microsoft outlook, Word and Excel preferred

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Change oriented, detail oriented, and a team player

Efficient time management skills

Ability to live the 7 Cs of Communication

Effective problem-solving skills

Good Interpersonal skills

Ability to work unsupervised

Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
