Service Writer/ Front Counter Sales Associate

Job Description

We are a local small engine repair shop and we are currently seeking 1-2, part time and full time, individuals to join our growing team! We have an interactive team, we work closely together to get tasks done, and encourage open communication across the team to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly. We are closed every major holiday and every weekend except one a year in late March. We offer paid vacation and paid sick leave after one year of employment. Job duties will include:

-Answering phone calls

-Checking in equipment for repairs

-Writing up completed repairs and contacting the customers

-Parts look-up and stocking

-Completing sales transactions for new parts, new equipment, and repairs

Experience with small engines preferred but not required. Computer knowledge a must!

Base hourly rate $11.00, is negotiable depending on experience.

Hours are Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm.

High School Diploma or equivalent and some college preferred.

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds. Company Description
