Complete Description:
General Clerks needed to provide comprehensive clerical support to the Office of Pay and Retirement Services to digitize hard copy records and files that will enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.
Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Assist in organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files.
Destruction of files once converted to electronic format.
Ensure confidentiality and security of all information.
Always adhere to District policies and procedures.
Skills:
Professional work experience in office settings. Required 1 Year
Data Entry experience. Required 1 Year
Ability to work independently or with minimum supervision. Required
Ability to follow instructions and guidelines. Required
Intermediate computer skills. Required
Experience using Kwik Tag. Required
High School Diploma. Required
Full-time
