Job Title: Business Development Representative

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive our sales growth. The ideal candidate will be a Zoho One power user, proficient in leveraging Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns to identify, qualify, and nurture leads. This individual will play a key role in setting up high-level meetings, managing extensive data, and supporting the sales team to achieve record-breaking results. The BDR will also be adept at using graphics, videos, and digital publishing to enhance outreach and engagement efforts.
Responsibilities:
Zoho One Proficiency: Utilize Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns daily to manage and track leads, automate outreach, and optimize the sales process.
Lead Generation and Qualification: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.
Meeting Setup: Schedule high-quality meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
Data Management and Analysis: Manage large amounts of data within Zoho CRM, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
Sales Process Execution: Follow a proven methodology for onboarding new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from lead to close.
Sales Support: Assist the sales department in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Content Creation: Create compelling graphics, videos, and digital content to support marketing and sales initiatives.
Lead Follow-Up: Diligently follow up with all potential leads in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Zoho One Expertise: Deep understanding of Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns functionalities, with a proven ability to use these tools to drive sales.
Business Development Experience: Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role.
Lead Generation Skills: Strong ability to generate leads through various methods.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Data Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
Content Creation Skills: Experience in creating graphics, videos, and digital content is a plus.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other Zoho applications.
Knowledge of sales methodologies.
Familiarity with digital marketing principles.
