As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a driven and personable Home Health Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team in Dallas, TX (Dallas and East Dallas area). This full-time, field-based position focuses on building strong referral relationships and expanding our presence in the Dallas market.

Essential Job Functions

Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources

Promote Home Care Providers of Texas services to drive patient referrals

Identify new business opportunities within assigned territory

Coordinate marketing events, in-services, and community outreach

Track and report referral trends and outcomes

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing; home health background preferred

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel; tech-savvy with basic smartphone and social media use

Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Team player with strong emotional intelligence and a positive, growth-minded attitude

Creative thinker; graphic design or video platform experience is a plus
