Site Representative

Job Description

A Site Representative (Site Rep) is an individual who lives on the premises in an apartment provided by 2Life Communities and is responsible for being on site and available on an on-call basis when scheduled. Specific duties include performing security rounds of the building and grounds at set times, and being on call to respond to emergencies and resident requests for assistance as needed. The Site Rep also maintains a detailed log of all the time expended and the activities carried out during on-call hours.

Compensation for the Site Representative position includes a reduction of rent for an apartment, with the reduced rent set at $1,200 per month. In addition, all utilities, basic telephone charges, and basic cable television are paid. Compensation also includes a biweekly payment of $100 for duties performed during on-call hours. Successful applicants will be required to enter into a Site Representative and License Agreement.

Compassionate with excellent customer service skills is a must; flexibility and good phone manners are required.
