Using our modern dialing system, youll connect with prospects efficiently and consistently, helping identify those who are a good fit and transferring them to our licensed senior agents.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Make outbound calls to a provided list of leads
Quickly build rapport and understand a prospects interest in saving on insurance.
Transfer a minimum of 10 qualified leads per day to senior licensed agents.
Keep accurate notes in our CRM system to support the sales process.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve outcomes and learn best practices.
Requirements
What You Bring:
Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls each day.
Organized, coachable, and focused on doing quality work.
Resilient you know how to stay positive and productive.
CRM experience and past sales or customer service work is a plus, but not required. Were looking for the right mindset well help with the rest.
