Looking for a short-term opportunity to put your office skills to work?

We're hiring a Temporary Office Assistant to join our team for approximately Six (6)months.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, working in a fast-paced environment,

and making a meaningful contributioneven if just for a season!

What You'll Do to Support the Team:

Maintainand organizerecords, forms, documents, and reports.

Operatestandard office equipment like computers, calculators, and digital scanners.

Sort, file, and indexmaterials both physically and digitally using established systems.

Usesoftware tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, or Google Docs/Sheets to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.

What are the requirements for this role?

A high school diploma or GED.

One (1) year of working with the public in a professional setting is required.

Six (6) months of doing clerical work is preferred.

Must bring sharp attention to detaileven when the task isn't glamorous. Precision matters, whether it's entering data or organizing records.?

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (or Google Sheets/Docs) is a mustsomeone who's comfortable with data and detail.

At least 18 and be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Someone who brings integrity, initiative, and a strong work ethicplus the ability to work independently.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: The hourly wage is $15.00 per hour.

WORK HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm until approximately December 30, 2025

WORK LOCATION: City of Branson, Missouri; City Hall. This is an in office position requiring work to be performed onsite.
