A regional independent ag retail company is looking for a Territory Manager to help expand their business. They have been very successful and are growing rapidly. They are looking to expand into two new counties and need someone with a strong agronomic background and great people skills to develop and manage the new territory. This company has some customers already in this area currently but not enough to make the expansion work without developing new customers in the region. This is a pivotal role for the company and one that they are looking to fill quickly.

Develop and manage new territory in two new counties.

Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the territory.

Provide agronomic advice and recommendations to growers.

Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.

Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and support.

Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services.

Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Salary:

$60,000 - $95,000/year + BonusQualifications

Strong agronomic background.

Proven sales experience in the agriculture industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field preferred.
