Laboratory Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Laboratory Technician to join our clinical team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is comfortable with a range of diagnostic testing and is committed to maintaining high standards in patient care.

Compensation:

$18 - $22 hourlyResponsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct a broad range of testing, including waived, moderate, and high complexity tests

Assist in TB testing workflows, including specimen handling for Quantiferon assays

Perform testing on automated analyzers and maintain accurate records

Adhere to daily QC and maintenance schedules

Support the lab supervisor in ensuring regulatory readiness

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory

Familiarity with CLIA-waived tests, including point-of-care diagnostics

Experience performing and/or supporting Quantiferon TB testing (gold standard)

Competency in chemistry, hematology, immunoassays, waived tests, and gold standard tuberculosis (TB) testing, such as Quantiferon, and general lab procedures

Understanding of CLIA compliance and quality control (QC) standards

Strong attention to detail, documentation, and teamworkAbout Company
