Salary:
New Brunswick Counseling Center in Burlington is seeking a dedicated and licensed clinician to join our compassionate and supportive team. Our mission is to provide empathetic, evidence-based care addressing mental health and substance abuse challenges, empowering individuals to achieve their desired lifestyles.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct comprehensive assessments for mental health and substance use disorders.
Create individualized treatment plans and deliver effective therapeutic interventions.
Facilitate engaging individual and group counseling sessions both in-person and through telemedicine.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
Support clients with coping strategies, stress management, and overall behavioral health improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited institution.
Active New Jersey licensure as an LSW or LAC.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage caseloads both independently and collaboratively within a team.
