We are seeking an experienced ERP Analyst to configure, optimize, and support our Epicor ERP system in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Epicor Kinetics or Epicor ERP, SQL-based reporting, and manufacturing workflows. This role will involve customizing ERP solutions, integrating systems, developing reports, and providing user support to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Customize and configure Epicor ERP to align with business and manufacturing needs.
Enhance system functionalities to support production planning, inventory management, and quality control.
Develop and optimize reports using SQL, SSRS, and Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
Analyze manufacturing and supply chain data to identify process improvements.
Design and maintain integrations between ERP and other enterprise systems.
Ensure data integrity and seamless workflows across business applications.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to ERP users.
Create documentation and user guides for ERP processes and best practices.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure ERP performance, security, and compliance.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Work with cross-functional teams (IT, Engineering, Finance, Quality, Production, Supply Chain) to align ERP capabilities with business goals.
Recommend and implement best practices for ERP utilization.
Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years of experience in ERP analysis, administration, or implementation in a manufacturing setting.
3+ years working with Epicor Kinetics or Epicor ERP (Sage 100 experience is a plus).
Strong proficiency in SQL, SSRS, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of ERP system integrations and automation tools.
Deep understanding of manufacturing workflows, including supply chain, production planning, inventory management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to process improvement.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be in a stationary position; move within the facilities, constantly operate computer equipment, tools, and machines, inspect surroundings and equipment, occasionally ascends/descends a ladder, communicate with others, detect odors, and transport equipment up to 30 pounds
