Mains’l is seeking a Regional Director to join our team of creative leaders. As a Regional Director, you will lead a team of Managers in using Mains’l core values, mission and vision every day. We are coaches, committed to designing supports in partnership with stakeholders.
This role requires steady leadership, communication, humility, and a hunger to innovate. We are seeking people who are passionate about growing leadership, both in themselves and in others. You will join a supportive, seasoned, and collaborative team of Regional Directors. You will contribute to Mains’l Services’ future planning, visioning and growth as we work together toward a world where all people live with meaning and purpose.

Salary: $69,124-85,000 annually
This is a full time exempt, salaried position.
Key Responsibilities
As a Regional Director, you will:
Lead, coach, train, supervise, and mentor a team of Managers
Be accountable for relationships, service design, implementation, financial sustainability, and the quality of supports provided in your region
Use tools, reports, and strategic partnerships to grow and maintain the success of your region and the people you supportRequirements:
Minimum of 3 years Supervising and Leading others in Direct Support Services*, including training and supervising Designated Coordinators
* Area supporting persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older
You must meet ONE of the qualifications for Designated Coordinator Status as defined by MN Chapter 245D
3-5 years in Designated Coordinator Status or equivalent
Knowledge of developmental disabilities, mental health, behavioral health, physical health, traumatic brain injury, autism, and chemical dependency.
