Kalitta Turbines is a certified FAA Repair Station and has been in the business of maintaining, servicing, and repairing TFE731 and CF34-3 engines since 1986. Functions/Responsibilities:

Must be able to multi-task, respect / maintain confidentiality, be service oriented, be trustworthy / ethical, and be sensitive/respectful of diverse populations/cultures. Must work at a fast pace and handle stress and problematic issues well with a good attitude.

Disassemble, inspect, assemble engines I.A.W. Manufacturers Manuals.

Perform engine removals and installations on-wing.

Be proficient in reading OEM Manuals and precision measuring tools.

Perform repair processes to engine components.Requirements:

Qualifications / Skills:

Aircraft Engine experience preferred.

Experience with CF34 and TFE-731 Engines

Airframe & Powerplant License Required

Must be available full-time and work overtime when required.

Education:

High School Graduate or GED

Work Environment & Culture Skills:

Candidate must pass DOT/FAA pre-employment drug screen and a DOT/FAA compliant background check

Candidate must be able to understand, read and write English

Candidate should be motivated, resourceful, energetic, organized and able to manage and be managed

Candidate must be reliable, punctual and flexible

Candidate must be able to multi-task, respect and maintain confidentiality

Location Requirements:

Operation based in Ypsilanti, MI

There is no ability to work from home

Shift Requirements:

Must be available full-time and work overtime when required

Must be at least 18 years of age
