Currently, we have a Data Entry Clerk opportunity with a leading financial services company. Operating a data entry device to input and maintain lists, records, and other data points in an electronic format.

Performing daily departmental tasks, such as monitoring email inboxes and creating or updating spreadsheets.

Ensuring accuracy and efficiency when entering large volumes of data.

Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Following pre-established guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Assisting with additional clerical or administrative tasks as needed. Specific qualifications for the position include:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

1 - 3 years of experience in data entry or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and applications related to data entry.
