Seeking a proactive and adaptable Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead complex, cross-functional projects that span both business operations and IT infrastructure. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in both project execution and business analysis-and who has the technical acumen to work closely with IT teams. Industry experience in automotive or financial services is highly desirable, particularly within environments involving technology modernization, compliance, or operations support.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
Lead and deliver a range of projects, including IT infrastructure upgrades, Security and compliance, desktop refresh, operational initiatives, Data center migration, etc.
Manage full project lifecycle using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, security, compliance, operations, and business stakeholders
Track timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables while ensuring high-quality outcomes
BOM development, quotes, vendor management, etc.
Business Analysis
Elicit and document business and technical requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis
Translate business needs into actionable specifications and user stories
Map and analyze current-state and future-state processes to identify areas of improvement
Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), training materials, and change management efforts
Technical & Infrastructure Focus
Oversee infrastructure-related projects involving:
Windows and Unix environments
O365 implementations and administration
Network configuration and upgrades
Endpoint and desktop support
Security and compliance initiatives
Asset Management
Collaborate with IT to assess system impacts, dependencies, and implementation strategies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a dual Project Manager / Business Analyst role, including infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of both technical and operational workflows
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams
Preferred:
Experience in automotive or financial services (e.g., lending, banking, fleet management, or dealership systems)
Preferred Skills & Tools:
Must have a proven traffic of delivering projects in large, corporate environments
Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, and Excel
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, PCI, or ISO)
Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, ITIL, or Agile/Scrum are a plus
Ability to balance multiple initiatives and communicate status effectively to all levels of the organization
