Account Executive, IT & F&A Staffing

3+ years staffing industry experience required

Location: NYC preferred Hybrid or Remote Flexibility Local candidates strongly preferred

Are you a staffing leader or sales pro ready to build something impactful?

We re hiring for an Account Executive to lead new business development, nurture client relationships, and deliver high-touch staffing solutions in IT and/or Finance & Accounting verticals. This is an opportunity to join a stable, experienced, and growing team focused on thoughtful expansion and client partnership not transactional volume.

What you will do:

Drive new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.

Sell contract and direct hire staffing services across IT and/or F&A.

Collaborate with a recruiting team or run a full desk your choice.

Maintain a consultative approach with clients; no VMS, no high-volume submittals.

Submit qualified, well-vetted candidates (typically 1 3 per req).

Leverage tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and a 20K+ profile ATS.

Participate in weekly team touchpoints and contribute to a collaborative culture.

What we re looking for:

3+ years of proven success in staffing sales (IT and/or F&A strongly preferred).

Strong business development skills with the ability to build client relationships.

Flexibility to operate in a BD-only, full desk, or player/coach role.

Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long-term growth.

Comfortable working in a boutique environment where impact matters.

Required:

Staffing industry sales experience (3+ years).

Background in contract staffing preferred; direct hire experience a plus.

No non-compete required; a portable book of business is a bonus, not a must.

What you get:

Base salary: $80K $120K (flexible for player/coach or those with a book).

Commission: 10% on dollar one, tiering to 12% and 14% throughout the year.
