Now Hiring: Quality Manager / Quality RepresentativeDoherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with an established and growing electronics contract manufacturing company to hire a Quality Manager / Quality Representative. This is a direct-hire opportunity for a driven professional looking to lead quality initiatives in a regulated manufacturing environment that values precision, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the quality team to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS).
Set and support strategic quality direction in collaboration with senior leadership.
Partner with production teams to meet performance goals while ensuring product quality.
Lead, mentor, and manage QA staff engaged in inspection, testing, and quality assurance activities.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives and lead root cause analysis for corrective/preventive actions.
Track and analyze plant quality metrics to drive cost-effective improvements.
Manage and oversee CAPA, NCMR, ECN, complaint handling, and document control.
Lead internal and external audits and maintain regulatory and customer certifications (ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, etc.).
Ensure vendor quality and manage internal calibration/testing programs.What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or equivalent).
Quality engineering experience in electronics manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with SMT/Through Hole circuit board assembly is required; cable/wire harness assembly is a plus.
Working knowledge of regulated manufacturing environments and industry standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485).
At least 3 years of experience in quality auditing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong technical reading skills with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
