POSITION TITLE: Centennial Campus Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility, operations, or event management, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of facility systems, event planning logistics, and customer service.
• Proficiency in scheduling software, building management systems, and budget tracking tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events or emergencies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and conduct physical inspections of the facility
REPORTS TO: Chief Operations Officer

SUPERVISES: Centennial Center Receptionist and Center Support Staff as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY: Duties and Responsibilities Event Scheduling and Coordination:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling events, meetings, and facility rentals for the Putnam City Centennial Campus.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling events, meetings, and facility rentals for the Putnam City Centennial Campus
• Maintain a master calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts and ensure efficient use of space.
• Collaborate with district staff and external groups to understand event needs and make appropriate accommodations.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Event Planning and Support
• Assist with event logistics, including space selection, room setup, technology needs, and resource allocation.
• Ensure proper setup and breakdown of spaces before and after events.
Facility and Operations Management
• Oversee building systems and equipment to ensure efficient operation and maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues related to cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
• Maintain stock of supplies and oversee custodial and maintenance functions.
• Manage vendor contracts for maintenance, cleaning, and technical services.
• Maintain and manage building access and security protocols in collaboration with PC PD.
Team Leadership and Training
• Direct support personnel, including custodial and receptionist staff.
• Provide ongoing training and performance evaluation.
• Promote a culture of safety, customer service, and operational excellence
Account and Budget Management
• Track billing for building use and ensure timely invoicing and fee collection.
• Maintain financial records as assigned.
• Monitor and manage the budget for the Centennial Campus.
Customer Service and Stakeholder Engagement
• Provide exceptional service to building users and guests.
• Host facility tours and serve as an ambassador for the Centennial Center.
• Coordinate communications regarding events, including updates for digital signage and district calendars.
Safety and Compliance
• Ensure all operations meet safety standards and ADA compliance.
• Supervise and conduct regular safety drills.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and compliance documentation
Community and Stakeholder Relations
• Build relationships with district staff, community groups, and external partners to promote facility use.
• Represent the Putnam City Schools and the Centennial Campus in a professional and welcoming manner.
Working Conditions
• Primarily office-based with regular physical activity such as walking the facility, lifting materials, and setting up for events.
• On-call for emergencies or urgent facility needs.
• Some nights and weekends required.
EVALUATION
Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with the Board's policy on evaluation of support personnel.
