OVERVIEW: The Payroll Processor is responsible for processing payroll in an accurate, consistent and timely (ACT) manner. The payroll processor must also be able to communicate effectively with team members in the payroll department, accounting department & stores by assisting team members with questions pertaining to payroll.

KEY TASKS:

Process biweekly and weekly payrolls using UKG HRIS system.

Input and verify data from time sheets, productions records, or individual time cards to computerized payroll system.

Provide accurate audit trail for all payroll entries.

Provide payroll reports to team members as needed.

Creates custom reports as needed using UKG Reporting.

Answer team member questions and troubleshoot issues.

Provide assistance pertaining to year-end requirements and issue W2's.

Utilize other features of HRIS as required, including compensation and benefit information.

Produce payroll information needed to analyze compensation history and comparisons.

Maintain Payroll Processes Manual so it is up to date

Other duties as assigned. KEY RESULT AREAS:

Accurate, consistent and timely payroll processing in accordance with established deadlines and policies.

Effective communication to all team members and outside vendors.

Respond in a professional and timely manner to all payroll related questions.

Ensure payroll information is kept confidential at all times.

Organize and maintain payroll filing systems. Requirements:

Minimum experience of three years in Payroll

Excel experience - three years required

Travel - light travel to corporate office for team building
