Job Summary:

As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing of our company's innovative food packaging and container products. Your primary responsibilities will involve hands-on tasks such as operating production equipment, assembling products, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate a variety of production machinery and equipment to manufacture food packaging and containers

- Assemble products according to established procedures and quality standards

- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and efficient work environment

- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any production-related issues

- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment

Qualifications:

- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions

- Physical stamina and the capability to stand for extended periods

- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred

Working Conditions:

This role will be based in our production facility, which may involve repetitive tasks, exposure to machinery, and the need to be on your feet for the majority of the workday. Proper personal protective equipment will be provided.

Compensation and Benefits:

This position is offering an hourly pay rate of $15.00 per hour. The company also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.
